The Turtle Tanks Manage to Own Program can help you make this a reality as you step though our program as a:

1. Trainee Production Manager where you receive a monthly salary and will be trained on all the skills needed to manufacture our products. No previous concrete or precasting experience is necessary as you will be supervising the contracted manufacture of our products by a third party. See our Manufacturing Contract Agreement.

2. Turtle Tank Manager where you will manage a Service Region that provides installation services of the Turtle Tanks product line.

3. Business Leasee where you lease a complete Turtle Tanks production system and receive a share of the profits and an option to purchase the business. During this time you will have the opportunity to save enough money to secure a bank loan to the buy the business.

4. Turtle Tanks Independent Business Owner. You will be given the opportunity to own and operate Turtle Tanks as an independent owner. Your rewards are the wages you pay yourself plus operating profits and the opportunity to increase the value of your business.

This is your opportunity to take the first step in becoming a business owner. Under our plan, you could be leasing your own business within a year; and depending on how much you have been able to save or based on your current assets you could be an independent owner within a year.
